utility rate cases. Our attorneys are active before state
legislatures in drafting, analyzing and promoting legislation
involving deregulation and other energy regulatory issues.
Other electric utility, regulatory experience includes
transmission line siting, nuclear decommissioning,
hydroelectric permitting proceedings and other issues.
The firm has represented several
telecommunications carriers, including IXCs, Resellers, CLECs
and wireless carriers, and handling various other regulatory
matters before the Arkansas Public Service Commission. Our
